Villa Rosa sits in Gulf Place — the original village center on 30A West — a few minutes’ walk from the beach access at Ed Walline Park and the boardwalks that run along the dunes.

The private pool is the centerpiece of the back garden, with water features and a covered outdoor kitchen alongside. Inside, the open-plan main floor is built around an oversized island and a long sectional, with the kitchen wide enough that two people can cook without negotiating. Twenty people can sleep comfortably across six bedrooms, which makes this the property most often booked for milestone weekends — reunions, bachelorettes, big-birthday years.

A complimentary golf cart is included for short hops to the Gulf Place restaurants and shops. Seaside is ten minutes east; Grayton Beach State Park is fifteen.
